Pyramid offers a variety of services designed to help you recruit qualified candidates for your job openings. These services are funded by the Mayor's Department of Community Development (DCD) under the Workforce Investment Act (WIA).   Most importantly, these services are available to you free-of-charge.

 

City-Wide Recruitment

As a partner in WorkNet Chicago, Pyramid is linked to a city wide recruitment system.  This memberhip enables Pyramid to connect you to job-seekers that have been prescreened based on your specifically defined criteria.  Pyramid can also assist you in developing a recruitmente strategy

Pyramid offers a full array of recruitment services.  You can choose one or any combination of services that are most appropriate for your hiring needs.  Services available to you include:

• Recruitment, screening, and referrals of appropriate candidates for your job openings
• Candidate screening and testing per your job specifications
• Installation of your job application and employment tests on Pyramid's server network to facilitate the hiring process
• Development of a recruitment campaign including assistance with writing job descriptions
• Access to job bank listings
• Job Fairs
• Posting Board in Pyramid's Resource Room  for featuring your  job openings
• Space for conducting employment interviews
• Scheduling of appointments with pre-qualified candidates
