retention. In addition, Pyramid assists employers helps employers take advantage of tax-credit and other government

Management Consultations A Pyramid Consultation team meets
with management to determine potential areas of staff training needs. Focus groups are convened to determine company
specific and job specific skill requirements used for the design of training. All training is designed with input and
approval from management throughout the process Customized Training This training is designed specifically for an employer. It is intended to provide employees with
the skills identified by the employer. The training can be given to candidates seeking employment with a specific employer.
The training can include modules to deliver special skills needed for new technology. Employer
and Employee Benefits One of the most positive outcomes of training is employee staff
retention. Employees keep their jobs and perform more efficiently. Employers gain a more efficient workforce and reduce
costs associated with employee turnover.
On-the-Job Training (OJT) Pyramid can assist employers in setting up OJT programs for new employees who lack skills deemed necessary
by the employer . The OJT is an individually designed program to increase the employees skills needed to perform the job.
The employee will be paid for the duration of the training and will perform productive work. It is expected that the
employer will retain the OJT participants after the training period, if they satisfy the employer’s skill requirements
outlined in the training agreement.

Work Opportunity Tax Credit
As an employer, you may qualify to benefit from the Work Opportunity Tax Credit (WOTC) program. The main purpose
