Customer Service Driven High School Diploma Program

Schedule:
  • Five Months
  • Monday through Friday - 8:45 AM to 4:30 PM
 
Course objectives:

  • Learn Microsoft Office Software
  • Operate office equipment
  • Conduct professional face to face and telephone interactions
  • Solve customer problems and effectively manage difficult customers
  • Fill entry-level positions in management, customer service,and Data Processing
  • Obtain both a High School Diploma and a Nationally accredited certificate in Computer Technologies for Customer Service
How you get started:
  • Be at least 18 years old
  • Pass the Ability to Benefit Test
  • Score at least 8.0 on the TABE test
  • Want Customer Service and Computer Skills
  • Want to go to work, college, or the military
  • Need to obtain a High School Diploma

Are you ready to:

  • Complete a personal interview
  • Take the required program tests
  • Attend all Monday - Friday sessions
  • Participate in all program activities
  • Complete all program assignments
  • Follow the program's dress code
